At Bryan In The Kitchen, what started out as a small specialty store has expanded into a hip sit-down cafe with a menu that highlights fresh, clean food. Owners Bryan Underwood and Dana CheringtonĀ  are best friends with a goal of making sure you eat right, and treat yourself to some dessert.

Stop by for a breakfast panini in the morning, made with scrambled eggs and your choice of cheese and meat; and then for lunch you can get a strawberry salad with organic mixed greens, walnuts and feta.
Several grilled cheese sandwiches are available, an exceptional option being the brie with fig chutney.
What really makes these sandwiches and salads stand out are the dressings used. You can expect any vinaigrette, dip or chutney that accompanies to have been made right there, and that means preservative-free food. Every dessert, cupcake, cookie and granola bar is also made in-house. Even the Greek yogurt is strained on site. That’s the kind of detail you get..

Wheat grass lovers, and haters, rejoice. Local W Organics premium beverage products are sold and will make a fan of even the most skeptical. The drink combines what grass, apple and lemon juice. It’s both tasty and nutritious, which is hard to come by. Another Miami-based company, Suzi Squeeez, provides all-natural fruit and vegetable juices that are great to keep you going during a hot day.

Some changes are coming to the cafe in the future. A larger seating area is going to be added, along with a selection of well thought out entrees like roasted chicken or tender pork tenderloin with a side of brown rice or salad. But one thing that will never change is the service and friendly feel. Customers’ names are remembered by heart by the owners and staff. In an area that is taking notice of healthier and fresher food, Bryan and Dana are keeping it clean.
